A soft, light and fragrant cake with delicious pieces of melting pineapple… perfect for an afternoon snack or dessert🍰✨


🛒Ingredients

  • 200 g of flour
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 120 ml of milk
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 200g of pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice

 

👩‍🍳Preparation

1. Prepare the dough

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Whisk the eggs with the sugar until you obtain a frothy mixture.
  3. Add the oil, milk, vanilla and pineapple juice.
  4. Incorporate the flour and yeast.
  5. Mix until you get a smooth paste.

2. Add the pineapple

  1. Pour the batter into greased molds or one large mold.
  2. Distribute the pineapple pieces on top.

3. Cooking

  • Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the cake is golden brown.
  • Check if it’s cooked through with a toothpick.
