  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g of oat flakes

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl until you get a smooth puree.
  3. Add the eggs and mix well.
  4. Incorporate the oat flakes and stir until you obtain a smooth dough.
  5. Pour into a small mold or ramekins.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is lightly golden.
