Baked breakfast (3 ingredients)
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 100g of oat flakes
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mash the bananas in a bowl until you get a smooth puree.
- Add the eggs and mix well.
- Incorporate the oat flakes and stir until you obtain a smooth dough.
- Pour into a small mold or ramekins.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is lightly golden.

A healthy, soft and naturally sweet breakfast , perfect for starting the day right.
Tips
- Add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla for extra flavor.
- You can also add some chocolate chips
or dried fruit.
