These easy-to-make ice creams, with their irresistible flavors, are perfect for sharing with family or enjoying any time of day. We offer three delicious options: strawberry-cream ice cream, mango cheesecake ice cream, and strawberry cheesecake ice cream. You’ll have a hard time choosing your favorite!
Strawberry-cream ice cream
Ingredients :
1.5 liters of whole milk
, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk,
4 tablespoons of powdered milk,
1.5 cups of heavy cream,
1/2 block of cream cheese (like Philadelphia)
, 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract,
sugar (to taste),
diced strawberries (one per bag)
Preparation :
Blend the whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, powdered milk, heavy cream, cream cheese, vanilla extract and sugar until smooth.
Add a few diced strawberries to each bag. Pour the mixture into the bags and seal them tightly. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
Cheesecake and mango ice cream
Ingredients :
1.5 liters of whole milk
, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk,
5 medium mangoes (peeled and chopped)
, 1/2 a block of cream cheese (like Philadelphia),
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract,
2 Maria biscuits per packet
Preparation :
Mix together whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, mangoes, cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth.
Crumble two biscuits into each bag of ice cream.
Fill the bags with the mixture and seal them tightly.
Freeze for at least 6 hours.
Strawberry and cheesecake ice cream
Ingredients :
1.5 liters of whole milk
, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk,
5 tablespoons of powdered milk,
220 g of strawberries,
a little strawberry flavoring powder (Zuko),
vanilla (to taste)
, 1/2 a block of cream cheese (Philadelphia),
2 cookies per packet
Preparation :
Blend whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, powdered milk, strawberries, cream cheese, strawberry flavoring powder and vanilla until smooth.
Add two crumbled biscuits to each bag.
Fill the bags with the mixture and seal them tightly.
Freeze for at least 6 hours.
Preparation time: 15 minutes per bag.
Freezing time: 6 hours.
Yield: 10 bags per bag.
