Nutella Rolled Crepe
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Nutella (as much as you like)
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, eggs, milk, water, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Beat well until smooth and lump-free.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the skillet with butter or oil.

3. Pour some of the crepe batter into the hot skillet and spread it evenly to form a thin circle. Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a spatula can easily slide under the crepe. Flip the crepe and cook the other side for another 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Repeat this step with the remaining batter.

4. Once all the crepes are cooked, spread a generous layer of Nutella on each crepe.

5. Roll each crepe up with Nutella and arrange it on a serving plate.

6. If you like, you can sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top before serving. 😘
