Chocolate mug cake with a molten center (less than €5)

Ingredients:
🍫 25g chocolate-hazelnut spread (or other chocolate spread),

🍫 10g unsweetened cocoa powder,

🌾 35g flour, 20g

🧁 sugar,

🥄 3g baking powder (≈ 1/2 tsp)

🥛 , 45ml milk,

🛢️ 15ml neutral oil (sunflower/rapeseed),

🧈 5g butter (for greasing the mug, optional but recommended),

🧂 1 pinch fleur de sel / coarse sea salt flakesPreparation steps (very detailed)  : Prepare the mug: Grease the inside of a large mug with 5g of butter (or a dab of oil). This prevents sticking and helps with unmolding if you wish.  Mix the dry ingredients : In the mug, pour 35g of flour, 20g of sugar, 10g of cocoa powder, and 3g of baking powder. Mix very well with a spoon (paying particular attention to the sides and bottom) to avoid cocoa lumps.  Add the liquids : Pour in 45ml of milk, then 15ml of oil. Mix slowly at first (to avoid dislodging the cocoa), then more vigorously until you obtain a smooth, thick batter without lumps.  Create the molten center: Place 25g of chocolate spread in the center. With the spoon, gently press it into the batter, then cover it with just a little more batter (it should remain “hidden” in the middle).  Microwave: Cook for 1 minute 10 seconds at 800–900W. If the top is still very liquid, add another 10 to 15 seconds. The center should remain soft (slightly wobbly), otherwise it will lose its melt-in-your-mouth texture.  Let it rest: Wait 1 minute before eating; the heat will continue to cook it gently, and the center will become nice and gooey.  Finish: Sprinkle a pinch of fleur de sel on top just before serving. Recipe tip  : Measurements without scales: Flour 35g ≈ 3 heaped tablespoons ; Sugar 20g ≈ 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon; Cocoa 10g ≈ 1 tablespoon. One ingredient to swap:  Spread (25g) → replace with 20g of dark chocolate + 5ml of milk (this makes a more intensely melty center). Cooking tip:  If your microwave gets very hot, cook in two short bursts: 45 seconds, quickly stir the surface, then 20-30 seconds. This will prevent a rubbery texture and keep it moist.
